HOW TO ENROLL

IN PERSON

  1. Click the button to download the official Sapientia enrollment form.
  2. Print and complete the form with accurate information.
  3. Submit the completed form in one of the following ways:
    • Hand it over in person at Sapientia Language Institute,
      38 Park Road, Colombo 05, or
    • Send a scanned/photo version via WhatsApp to +94 77 447 7917

  4. Our administrative team will contact you with payment instructions and confirm your registration.

  3. Our team will verify the details and send you payment instructions via email or WhatsApp.
  4. Once payment is completed, you will receive confirmation of enrollment and your class details.
